Cornflake Crunch

Ingredients

170 g cornflakes
40 g milk powder
40 g sugar
6.7 g or rounded tsp kosher salt

Directions

Preheat the oven to 275°F.

Pour cornflakes in a medium bowl and crush them to one-quarter of their original size. Add the milk powder, sugar, and salt and toss to mix. Add the butter and toss to coat.

Spread the mixture on a parchment- or Silpat-lined sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes. Cool completely.

Notes

The first food recipe on this site! It would pair well crushed into a powder and used as a rim for the Liquid Breakfast. It’s also just great to snack on.
